・Marishi Fuji 10 pack・Arita Porcelain Tea Set・Wasanbon

Marishi Fuji’s refined character begins at its very roots, cultivated with pure integrity.
The tea trees are grown using organic fertilizers derived from natural, edible ingredients so wholesome they could be enjoyed by people. They are carefully nurtured through stress-free, natural methods that honor the rhythms of the earth.
Unlike most tea leaves, which are typically harvested four to five times a year, Marishi Fuji is an exceptional sencha crafted from only the first flush of spring. Each delicate leaf is carefully hand-picked, then steamed in a traditional seiro steamer. Without crushing the leaves, artisans spend over six hours hand-rolling them to completion. The result is a premium-grade sencha of the highest caliber.
The result is an unparalleled, premium-grade sencha of remarkable purity, depth, and grace.

Exclusively available from Phenimax, Marishi Fuji is the result of a fully handcrafted Temomicha process.
This exceptional tea is unified from cultivation to final refinement, under the expert guidance of Tea Master Hirayanagi, former chairman of the National Hand-Rolled Tea Promotion Association.

Marishi is a legendary and exceptionally rare tea cultivar, often said to be worth experiencing at least once in a lifetime. Grown in only a handful of areas within Shizuoka Prefecture, it is known for its rich umami and natural sweetness, and is produced exclusively in a limited region of Shizuoka, with no cultivation found elsewhere in the world.
This extraordinary Marishi was carefully cultivated using organic, nature-based methods and was then expertly crafted into Temomicha through traditional artisanal techniques. At this year’s first tea auction, the finished leaves achieved the highest bidding price.

This exceptional tea, possessing the dignified character worthy of representing Japan in a single, finest infusion, has been given the name Marishi Fuji.

Why mention \"Altitude\"?
Just like wine and coffee, the flavor of green tea is greatly influenced by elevation. At altitudes below 200 meters, tea plants grow too quickly, often resulting in a flat and less refined taste.
At Phenimax, we carefully select only organic tea leaves grown above 200 meters, where the cool mountain air and day-night temperature variations nurture depth, aroma, and natural sweetness.Experience the unique character of the land and the complex flavor of truly elevated tea in every sip.
The original tea set by Phenimax is a special collection featuring a flat hohin teapot that allows you to visually enjoy the elegant unfurling of the tea leaves as hot water is poured, along with two sizes of delicately crafted tea cups designed to bring out the full range of flavors depending on the volume of tea served.
Crafted from high-quality materials, each piece is distinguished by its refined thinness and lightness, expertly balanced to enhance the delicate taste of Japanese tea at its finest.
