被せ煎茶　やぶきた　30g

このお茶は「やぶきた」という品種を被せ煎茶に仕上げたものです日本国内で最も多く栽培されている品種なのであえて単一品種として目にすることが案外多くないかもしれません。これは鹿児島県出水市で作られた浅蒸しの被せ煎茶で、旨みと爽やかな甘味、渋みのバランス、春の若葉のような青みが美しい緑茶です。抽出はお好みですが80-90度ほどで。抽出時間は1分～1分半。二煎目以降もサッと淹れてぜひ楽しんでください。水出しももちろん◎

白茶　みねかおり　15g

このお茶は「みねかおり」という品種の葉を白茶に仕上げたものです。白茶は丁寧に手摘みされた幼く柔らかい葉を広げて乾燥させるシンプルな作り方のお茶です。酸化酵素の働きを止めていないのでゆっくり熟成していきます。今年開けてみると薔薇のような花の香り、リンゴや柔らかい蜜感のある、まあるいお茶になっていました。渋みは一切ないのでのんびり楽しんでください。抽出は必ず茶器を温めて熱湯で。案外、水出しも美味しく楽しめます。

紅茶　みなみさやか　30g

このお茶は「みなみさやか」という品種を紅茶に仕上げたものです。柑橘感とスパイシーな印象が相まってほんのり柚子胡椒を想わせます。冷めてくるとレモンティのような爽やかさ、花のような甘い余韻も楽しめます。渋みもほとんど出ないので抽出時間も1分40秒～お好みで3 分以上抽出しても。淹れ方による味わいの幅も楽しめます。水出しとも相性が良いです◎
