An energy bar made with bonito flakes! Miso, shiso furikake, and sesame bring out the fish flavor, and bonito onigiri, furikake rice, and ochazuke are reproduced as portable meals. It contains three times more salt than regular Mana Bar , making it the perfect supplement for hot seasons.
