The 90R design is a well-balanced mix of modern and traditional elements. Parker razors are perfect for folks who are new to double edge razors because they are so simple to use. Its proportions and handling are reminiscent of late-nineteenth-century razors, yet the style is modern but subtle. The medium to heavy weight polished nickel handle is significantly longer than usual, feeling reassuringly sturdy in the hand while maintaining ideal balance when shaving. The Parker \'butterfly\' opening mechanism, which involves twisting the base of the handle to open the head, is unquestionably the simplest and safest way to insert standard double edge safety razor blades. Blades are not included and must be purchased separately.
