We’re proud to share a remarkable new coffee experience — Cafe Jesús Martín Pink Bourbon, a silver medal winner at the Golden Bean Americas competition in Houston, Texas — the largest coffee roasting competition in the world.

Chosen as a favorite by experts from hundreds of entries, this coffee stands out for its exceptional quality and unique origin. Pink Bourbon is a rare genetic varietal (unrelated to the spirit bourbon), grown in the high-altitude rainforests of Colombia. It’s naturally processed, meaning the coffee cherry is dried with the fruit still on — a meticulous method that imparts bright, fruity, and complex flavors.

This coffee also carries a special place in our story. In 2015, Wilson visited this very farm and fell in love with its people, process, and flavor. After years of collaboration, we’re thrilled to finally bring it to Winans — and to see it recognized on a national stage.

Because of its limited yield and careful processing, this coffee is more expensive than our regular blends — but every sip is a taste of something extraordinary.
