Fit Tips

1. Size Down for Optimal Fit: Choose a size 2-3 sizes smaller than your best-fitting training suit or one size smaller than your standard tech suit size. If you\'re between sizes, go with the smaller size for the best fit.

2. The Right Fit May Feel Surprising: The HydroX is designed to go on more easily than other tech suits. For female swimmers especially, it may feel \"too easy\" to put on. If it fits comfortably, that’s a good sign – you don\'t need to size down further.

3. Comfortable Compression and Support: The suit should feel like a second skin without overly tight compression. You should be able to move freely without feeling restricted, especially when bending down into a start position.
