*Seiko vk63 quartz chonograph movement*Panda seiko dial with 3 subdials based on the daytona.*sapphire glass*black ceramic bezel*40mm solid stainless steel case*screw down crown, screw case back and screw out links, screw down chonograph buttons*20mm lugs*comes on the oysterflex strap.

This is a fulling working chronograph so all subdials work as they should.

all water resistant seals present but has not been pressure tested.
