HOT ! Rhinestone Embellished Sleeveless Dress Black and Jewel Blue

While so many things about this eye-catching dress feel late 60’s-early 70’s (princess lines, slight A-line, the great fabric for sure), I am listing this as “before 2000”, rather than misrepresent the age of the dress, because it has no tell-tale label. Also, the rhinestone embellishment feels more current coupled with the fact that jewel blue was a very popular color late 80\'s- early 90\'s. Either way, the dress is striking and is sure to turn a head. The fabric is a burnout wool, creating a black silk backdrop topped with woolly jewel blue roses with black leaves and stems, artfully placed rhinestone bursts adding a tasteful bling to the design. Fully lined, the sleeveless dress has a banded tank-style neckline, nips in a bit at the waist, and closes in the back with a nylon zipper and 2 black hooks and eyes.
