This is a beautiful vintage-1950s cotton sundress with a full-gathered skirt and a fitted bodice with a matching spaghetti tie belt. The featured decorative element on this dress is the oversized and contrasting patch pockets; perhaps a nod to Claire McCardell\'s work. The pockets are designed to stand away from the skirt. The dress is designed by Cinderella. Size 8. The bust is 35 inches. The waist is 26 inches. The skirt length from the bottom of the waistband is 23 inches. The silhouette would likely benefit from a crinoline underskirt. There is a faint spot of discoloration on the front of the skirt (see photo). (Purchase does not include display mannequin.)
