HOT ! Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged Handmade SOLID Oak Wood Wooden Dining Side Accent Chair

Lovely, solid wood chair salvaged from Northeastern Pennsylvania. The chair is made of solid oak wood and has a light-stained finish.This piece was hand-crafted by a local, master carpenter. He died a few years ago, and left behind a sizeable collection of unique, high-quality chairs and tables that he built exclusively using oak. We have other pieces from his collection for sale in our store.Notice the cute, heart-shaped cut-out on the backrest! Another great feature is its 4 tapered, angled legs, which was a popular design choice for many manufacturers in the middle of the previous century.

Our carpenter inspected the chair from top to bottom, and didn\'t need to make any repairs or tighten anything as the chair is strong and sturdy. He said that, \"it\'s built like a rock,\" and \"if it weren\'t for that small stress crack, the chair would look like new.\" He said that the stress crack is just a cosmetic blemish that happens often with oak furniture because oak is such a dense wood.

The chair is in great shape and is ready for another lifetime of service.
