The Low Waist Trunk combines the fit of a boxer short with the support of a brief. It is made from the same terrifically soft, lightweight cotton jersey that Sunspel use for their t-shirts and features elasticated hems to ensure a comfortable fit throughout the day. The perfect everyday luxury.

Their signature Q (for Quality) 82 fabric is a fine jersey fabric made from long-staple cotton fibres that are twisted together to create a strong, smooth yarn that won’t tangle through being worn or washed. This twist makes it an incredibly clean yarn, though it is still passed over a flame to remove overhanging ends. The yarn is then double-spun to remove any remaining impurities. 

It might be said that this is a rather laborious process, but we think that the resulting jersey that is not only long-lasting, but also the lightest and the softest that we have ever felt, is worth every effort.
