Includes 3 Pillow Covers. The 16\" and 18\" sets come with an 8\"x16\" lumbar pillow cover and the 20\" sets come with a 12\"x18\" lumbar pillow cover.

The default ink color is black. To change the ink color please also purchase this product: Custom Ink Color

Fit: Pillow covers are professionally sized (trust us, you want this). They will measure roughly 1-2\" smaller than the insert to ensure a nice, snug fit. The noted size reflects the recommended insert size not the actual dimensions of the cover.
