Review

This scent is carnal and smoky. Over time, it develops a subtle sweetness with Citrus and Vanillic essences. You will feel emboldened and seductive and ready for any challenge. This scent can be worn at the office, if sprayed sparingly, but is best suited for evening occasions and date nights. It can work well for any occasion, but might be best for cooler weather. It has similarities to Nishane’s Unutamam.

Inspiration

As-Suli’s Diamond is named after As-Suli, a knowledgeable poet and writer who is still known today as one of the greatest Arab Chess players of all time. As-Suli’s Diamond coins a phrase for a move As-Suli created that went unsolved for 1000 years.

Notes

Incense sneaks its way up from the base and mingles with the sweet essences of Fig, Mandarin, and Bergamot. Sweet Ylang Ylang blends with Tonka Bean and Vanilla-like Broom Flower, softening the resinous essences of Opoponax and Myrrh. Amberwood and Cypress add a woody essence that lifts the Incense and adds longevity. The lighter notes waft above the woods and resins creating a delightfully intoxicating scent that will take you on an exotic journey to another time and place.
