Ashwagandha

One of the most vital herbs in Ayurvedic healing, Ashwagandha is extremely rejuvenating to the skin thanks to its collagen-producing & antioxidant properties. It also contains glabridin , which has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects. Glabridin also inhibits tyrosinase , a key enzyme responsible for dark spots or hyperpigmentation of the skin.

Coconut Milk

Coconut milk is an excellent exfoliant & moisturizer for the skin. It makes skin smooth & supple & combats dryness, itchiness & swelling.
