The Arctic Air AUC27F is a durable and easy to use reach-in worktop freezer. It has a heavy-duty surface. The front and sides are made of durable, commercial stainless steel. The interior has a bright white ABS liner with full stainless steel floor and white coved corners. The doors are self-closing and have magnetic gaskets. The gaskets are removable and replaceable without tools for your convenience. The wire shelves are made of heavy-duty epoxy for increased durability.

The AUC27F uses an electronic thermostat. The thermostat has an external digital LED display for accurate control and easy reading. This ensures monitoring the interior temperatures is easy and quick. The large fan motors and blades provide a more efficient air flow for a faster recovery.

This Worktop Freezer uses environmentally-friendly CFC free refrigerant. It is also tested to meet NSF Standard 7 requirements for open food storage.
