Advancements from the previous model include the new Clima Pro 2 system which allows the grinder to operate at even lower temperatures and gives the barista even more control over the machines temperature and efficiency.The Mythos 2 is equipped with a big set of 85mm titanium burrs and can grind a dose in less than 2 seconds. The variable speed motor actually allows you to choose a speed that is suitable for your coffee. The Mythos 2 is the next generation of coffee grinding and will not disappoint!There are now two models available; The Basic (Doses by Time) or the Gravitech (Doses by Weight).
