Rated at a capacity of 7,300 BTU Cooling and 7,800 BTU Heating and utilizes environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant. Digital LED controls provide individual heating and cooling temperature adjustments. System memory remembers and restores settings in the event of a power failure. Features three speed motor, evaporator freeze protection, and compressor delay to extend life of compressor. Optional Sleeve and Grille (sold separately) are required for new construction installation. Color finish is White. UL certified 208/230V. Units comes with a 15 amp plug. Must be installed by a licensed contractor. Includes 5 Year warranty for sealed systems, 1 Year limited warranty in home service parts and labor.
