We\'re loving this Victorian inspired maxi from the 80\'s by Laura Ashley.  A distinct square neckline with high back/Queen Ann style collar, the accent piping, puffed shoulders...oh the romance!  Also offers a fitted bodice and a pleated skirt with a large sweep. .And the material, oh the material...a plush deep midnight blue cotton velvet.
