  To ensure a clean, even, and long-lasting burn, always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. It’s an essential step every time you burn to ensure a clean, even flame and the longest life for your candle.

  For this large candle, it’s especially important to allow the first burn to last 4–5 hours. This helps the wax melt fully to the edges, preventing tunneling and setting the stage for a smooth, beautiful burn every time.
