Just slip the foam filter sleeve over the 10-gallon vacuum’s motor when you’re doing wet pick-up to protect the motor, and then swap it out for a cartridge filter and fine dust dry collection filter bag for dry pickup. (Don’t mix the two up - there could be disastrous consequences!)
