The Mosquito America 16-1002 is the tool-kit-included configuration of the 16-gallon wet/dry canister vacuum — without a squeegee assembly. The included tool kit provides a complete accessory set for general commercial vacuuming, making it the better choice when floor water recovery is not the primary application. At 16 gallons, the tank handles extended commercial cleaning without frequent emptying. This is the opposite configuration from the 16-1001 (squeegee, no tool kit).
