The listing is for one necklace with personalized initial, mom, star, rhinestone basketball, and heart. 

Charms are interchangeable in location on the necklace, and the initial in the center is connected to necklace.

Necklace is approximately 20 inches. Each link is about a half an inch long with the chain being 19 inches in total. Then from the circle/toggle with the charms, it hangs a little less than 1.5 inches. Contact us, if you want the chain to be shorter or add “remove # of links” in notes at checkout.

We check all items prior to shipping. We are not responsible for the functioning, longevity, nor wear/tear of items. Charms, necklaces, and other jewelry are not made of real gold or silver. Pearls and rhinestones, etc. are faux. Colors and sizing may vary in person from online photos and videos due to device. Sizing is approximate. It is recommended to not shower, swim, get in rain, in any water, sweat, or wear with lotion, etc. to keep charms in best condition. We also recommend hanging necklaces to prolong tarnishing and/ or storing charms in the sealed bags provided. After wear, wipe down charms and jewelry with the cloth provided. Some charms and jewelry may tarnish. 

Shipping dates and deliveries are estimated. We cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates. Holidays and other busy times throughout the year can possibly delay deliveries. Our shop processes orders Monday-Thursday’s.  and typically require 1-5 weekdays to ship. We photograph all orders and packages prior to shipping. We are not responsible for damaged/misplaced/unfound/lost/stolen/etc. packages once they are scanned by the shipping carrier. All packages ship with tracking numbers. We encourage you to view tracking with UPS or USPS. Ship can occur through various carriers. We do not accept exchanges nor do we refund items. We are not responsible for errors in purchasing items.
