Grown in the Highlands of LimuOur beans are grown in the highlands near Limu, in western Ethiopia.This region sits between 1,700 and 2,200 meters above sea level.The soil here is rich and volcanic — perfect for growing high-quality coffee.Farms are small, family-owned, and use traditional cultivation methods.Many farmers grow heirloom varietals, passed down for generations.

These varietals, combined with Limu’s elevation, give the coffee its unique profile.Expect clean flavors, balanced acidity, and soft, layered fruit notes.Limu coffees are often overlooked, yet they rival Ethiopia’s most famous origins.They offer something subtle, refined, and deeply satisfying.
