This coffee comes from the Quindío region of Colombia, produced by Jairo Arcila, one of the most highly regarded growers known for his experimental microlots. Grown at altitudes of 1450–1500 m and made from the Castillo variety, this coffee expresses a vibrant and expressive aromatic profile.
The processing is distinctive: Honey process with 72-hour fruit fermentation, infused with mint, a method that adds depth and aromatic clarity. Roasted to an omni profile, the cup reveals elegant notes of blackberry, florals, cherries, mint, and lime, with bright acidity and a fresh, clean finish.
