J.B. Photo-Vue Expansion ID Bracelet - Silver

We were over-the-moon when we found two of these dead-stock JB Photo-Vue Ident Bracelets - in their original packaging, unworn! This one is silver, marked \'sterling and stainless\' and comes in an original plastic round case (the case hinge is separated, but otherwise in perfect condition. 

Known as sweetheart bracelets, expansion bracelets originated during the Victorian era and became popular again during the first and second world wars when departing soldiers would give these bracelets to their sweethearts as a token of their love. This one has an interesting twist, as it was most likely intended for a man to wear - the top part of the ID bracelet is hinged, and can fit a photo inside! Currently, the original photo of a woman in a bikini and shorts is inside.
