In Norse mythology, Fenrir or Fenrisulfr is a giant wolf. It is the son of Loki and the giantess Angrboða. Fenrir was tied up by the gods, but was destined to grow too big for his bonds and eats Odin during Ragnarök. After killing Odin, he is killed by Odin\'s son, Viðarr.
This weighty Viking arm ring has wolf heads at each end, connected by a hand twisted spiral of metal. It is a reproduction of an armring from Villa Rone, near the Village of Lye in Gotland and probably once belonged to a chieftain or powerful warlord. The original is now in the Swedish National Museum and it is made from solid silver, while the replica is available in Bronze or Silver plated Bronze. The Viking armring is made of flexible, braided wires and can be bent perfectly. This allows the Viking armring to be optimally adapted to the wrist.
This bracelet is adjustable and will fit most wrists, but bending it repeatedly can weaken the metal. It is recommended to only bend it once to adjust the fit. This is a large arm ring as mentioned in the title - please note it is therefore not suitable for really small wrists.
