A very old, weighty and elaborate Tuareg tcherot amulet necklace. The 3-dimensional central protective tcherot amulet has a fine detailed engraved design with several raised elements and an extended element below the traditional tcherot box shape.

The amulet is strung in the middle of two further leather sealed amulets featuring an incised design – offering even more protection to the wearer! The multi-stranded leather cord is bound with geometrically patterned leather/plastic strips adding further design to the necklace. This really is a power piece, exhibiting Tuareg strength, leadership and identity. Highly collectible.
