The Rare Weaves: Kazak collection draws inspiration from antique patterns. This collection is a nod to the history of Caucasian Armenian carpet weaving. Each rug is hand-made using the nomadic style wool warp and wept foundation of high-quality Armenian wool. The Kazak designs hail from the western region of Armenia. The collection offers rugs in various sizes, each featuring vibrant colors and bold, archetypal designs. Each rug is one-of-a-kind and made outside of Yerevan, Armenia. A triple cloudband medallion Armenian Kazak weave rug in a rich palette, this Lenkoran rug features three medallions containing S-shaped figures which are a mainstream Caucasian type. This rug was hand-knotted in Armenia of 100% wool using our Kazak weave which has a pile height around a third of an inch. Lenkoran 4x7 has a beautiful brick red field with medallions in ivory, midnight blue and a light aqua, with accents in green, ivory and gold. This one-of-a-kind piece measures approximately 4\'6\" by 7\'8\" and is available for immediate delivery.
