A vintage Rashaida tribe wide hinged bracelet made of a low silver content alloy. This type of bracelet was worn in Yemen and Ethiopia, but this one is from Egypt probably worn by a Nubian woman. The bracelet is decorated with filigree and granulation. The closure is a push pin mechanism.
Inner circumference is 18 cm or 7 inches. Width is 4.5 cm or 1 3/4 inches. Weight is 66.6 grams.
