The Benrus DTU Shield brings the storied military-heritage of the original DTU field watches into the modern era. With a vertically brushed light-silver dial, bold numerals, and Old Radium Super-LumiNova hands and markers — it’s designed for clarity, purpose, and legibility in any light. The aesthetic stays true to its roots while embracing contemporary finishing and build quality. 

Encased in a 38 mm sandblasted 316L stainless-steel case with a 10.70 mm thickness, 44.90 mm lug-to-lug, and 20 mm lug width, the DTU Shield strikes a balance between compact field-watch sizing and modern-wear versatility. A double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating and a screw-down crown ensure robust protection, while 100 m (10 ATM) water resistance gives it confidence for everyday wear and active use. 

Powering the watch is the reliable Swiss automatic ETA 2892 movement, offering precise timekeeping and a 42-hour power reserve. With a clean three-hand layout plus date, legible lume, and a rugged textile (or optionally compatible strap) with a pin-buckle, the DTU Shield delivers a practical, well-rounded field watch that honors its historical lineage — ready for modern daily life.
